  • Wonder if the main signage should be justified down to the top of the awning on the 105th side.  Per MH: okay with lowering the main sign down closer to the door
  • Are all three signs necessary?
  • Wondering if there was a way to jazz up the main entrance or elevating the sign design.  Per MH:  There could be a back panel to be included to help with elevating the design.
  • Will their be any minor repair work done were the previous signage was placed?

Motion to table with the condition to lower the main sign so that the top of the letters align with the top of the awning and reducing the overall length of the sign so that there is more free space on the round.  Resubmit updated signage with painting/exterior modification.
